Who’s Figaro?
Figaro is Jay Heinrichs, author of the bestselling Thank You for Arguing: What Aristotle, Lincoln and Homer Simpson Can Teach Us About the Art of Persuasion (Crown/Three Rivers Press, Penguin UK). He spent 26 years as a writer, editor and publishing executive before heading to the North Woods and devoting most of his time to rhetoric. Jay continues to work as a consultant for NASA, Southwest Airlines, and other clients. He’s also writing his next book: WORD HERO.
